Kindness Wellness is a Mission that spreads Kindness and Wellness. We practice, teache and help you create a lifestyle to maintain a healthy balance in Body, Mind-and Spirit.

We are building a Kindness Wellness Team- To join our team all you have to do is practice kindness sometime, or all the time, or sometime in between. You can also be on our team if you choose to be kind to yourself sometime or all the time or sometime in between. Expecting perfection in anything is unkind. We are all perfectly imperfect. We love everyone of you and we are glad to have you on the team.
